How Do I Coach?

My goal as your coach is to know you well and to support you in whatever your hopes, dreams, and goals may be. Together, we will make your best life possible.

I will do all of these things from a place of compassion, kindness, and respect - always holding you in the highest regard.

It is of vital importance that you feel comfortable with me and my style of coaching. I recommend that you take advantage of a complimentary, no obligation half-hour session with me before deciding to move forward. This way we can be sure that we 'click' with one another and I can be sure that I will be able to serve you well.

About Nicole

I am a born-and bred New Yorker, living in Manhattan with my husband and our amazing dachsund. I hold a bachelors degree in Speech from Northwestern University, and a Masters degree in Education from DePaul. I am also a graduate of  Coach U, which is recognized as the world's first and original coach training school. Currently, I am pursuing a voluntary professional certification through the International Coaching Federation. I have spent time in many different industries, including public and private schools, law firms, hotel management, advertising, theatre, and health and fitness. I have been an employee, a manager, a teacher, and an independent contractor.

My path towards coaching has not been direct yet, almost without exception, everything I have done or experienced in my life has led me to become a coach. Throughout all of my adventures, the common thread has been my deep interest in human behavior - what works and what doesn't - and the role I can play in helping others grow and find clarity. As a coach, I bring insight, sensitivity, humor, and passion. I am a skilled listener, well-trained in how to question, and highly intuitive. I look forward to helping in any way that I can.
